Product prices are indicated in Euro, US Dollars and Tunisian Dinar. Shipping costs are not included in the original pricing. They are calculated according to the delivery method chosen then added to the final invoice. The shipping costs will be indicated before the order is placed.

Delivery Times
Delivery times are 5 working days depending on the delivery method chosen and are indicated for information only.
Any delays do not entitle our customers to cancel the sale, refuse the doll or claim compensation.

Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at FLEURS DE CEMBRE. If there is any problem with the doll you receive or you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at contact@fleursdedecembre.com .

We will be happy to refund or take back the doll for mending provided the return is made within 30 calendar days from the date you received it . All returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please note that :

We do not cover any shipping or import charges on returns, and we do not refund the original shipping charges.
your doll must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Your doll must be in the original packaging with its label on it.

The refund will be made once the doll has arrived at the workshop and examined.
